Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Teesside Podiatry Clinic, we understand that plans can change. To help us offer appointments to other patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £35 late cancellation fee.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

• If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Deposits & Prepaid Appointments

• Some appointments require a deposit or full payment in advance.
• If you change your mind and request a refund, we are happy to refund your payment; however, transaction fees (minimum £2) are non-refundable.
